The Sculpture Studio is a space dedicated to the development, monitoring, and production of artistic sculpture , where artists, individuals, and companies can develop projects from the study phase to preparation for casting, manufacturing, or final presentation. It is a professional, technical, and creative environment, designed to support demanding sculptural processes.

The studio is aimed at professional sculptors, visual artists, architects, designers and cultural institutions , but also at individuals, companies and public entities wishing to commission custom-made sculptures — such as tributes, life-size figurative sculptures, busts, sculptural portraits or commemorative pieces .Each project is treated individually, with technical and artistic support at every stage.

Yes. The Sculpture Workshop is directly linked to Mão de Fogo's artistic foundry , allowing for a fluid transition between the development of the sculpture and its production in bronze or other metals, ensuring fidelity to the original model and technical consistency.

Yes. When appropriate, we use 3D scanning, digital modeling, 3D printing, and CNC support for form studies, scale-up, or geometric verification. These technologies are used to support the sculpting process and never replace manual work.

Yes. All work in the Sculpture Studio is based on close and collaborative monitoring , with constant dialogue throughout all phases, whether with the artist or the client commissioning the work.

Yes. The studio supports the development of large-scale sculptures, public tributes, and monumental projects , including module, structure, and stability studies, as well as preparation for production, transport, and installation.

Yes. All work developed in the Sculpture Studio is carried out with complete confidentiality and respect for copyright, the identity of the subject, and the intention of the project . Any public disclosure of images, processes, or works is only done with the express authorization of the client or artist.
